With a background in non-profit
administration, I am aware of the financial constraints non-profit orgs
and community groups face. All of my services are offered on a Gift
Economy, barter, or pay what you can basis, meaning that those without
funds can receive these services for free, in exchange for another
service or offering, or pay a fee that best fits in with your org's
budget and goals.

Community Wellness

organization's needs. Your wellness program will include the tools

options for both staff and clients.

Grub Party
A Grub party is a potluck with a purpose. The goal is to inspire
people with the sensual pleasures of the table and provide a
visceral connection with the healthy, green, fair, and affordable
food to which everyone should have access. Grub parties challenge
attendees to bring a dish made with sustainable, organic, local, and
ethical ingredients, made from scratch, has personal meaning, and
considers specific dietary approaches. During a grub party,
attendees are presented with an issue and are encouraged to discuss
it and share ideas and possible solutions. Visit
www.GrubItUp.org for more
information.
